Late 14th century This is an albarello made of earthenware, featuring a low spreading foot-ring and a slightly waisted, flanged rim. It is coated with white tin-glaze on both sides and adorned with brown lustre and blue designs. On the exterior, the neck boasts two bands with pointed ovals, followed by a band of blue and lustre Arabic motifs amidst small lustre scrolls and dots on the shoulder. The entire body is adorned with upright and upside-down tree-of-life patterns. The foot is adorned with solid lustre, and inside the foot, there is a lustre spoked wheel. The interior's upper inner rim once had lustre decorations.
