1. Introduction. Welcome to the Global Museum. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “User Terms”). Please read these User Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these User Terms, you may not access or use the Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms. By using the Website, connecting your wallet, and purchasing (or minting) digital, unique reproductions of artworks (or digital assets) on the blockchain, you agree to be bound by these User Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Website.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these User Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security. To purchase an asset, you must connect your Metamask wallet using Polygon Matic. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and for all activities that occur under your wallet. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your wallet or any other breach of security.

5. Purchasing digital assets on the blockchain. All transactions are made using Polygon Matic. Ensure you have sufficient funds in your wallet before making a purchase. Purchases of digital assets are final and non-refundable. Assets are sold as unique tokens on the blockchain, verifying ownership but not transferring any intellectual property rights of the original artwork or its reproduction.

6. Intellectual Property Rights All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Global Museum and/or its licensors, and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the sole and exclusive property of Global Museum. The name Global Museum and his logos are a registered and protected trademark.

7. Use License. Permission is not granted to temporarily or permanently download or copy the materials (information, software or other) on the Website, even for personal, non-commercial use. Also you may not:

- Modify or copy any of the materials; - Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); - Attempt to copy, decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website; - Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; - Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

8. User Conduct. You agree not to use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these User Terms. You agree not to:
